ABOUT
SHARELLE
MENDENHALL
Sharelle Mendenhall is an evangelist, television host, speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of The Roar Fest. She is also the host of Access Las Vegas on CTN and former Mrs. United States 2024. Her passion is simple: to see people healed, saved, set free, and awakened to their God-given purpose through the power of Jesus Christ.
But Sharelle’s story did not begin on a stage. It began with a fight for survival.
Before she could even speak, doctors discovered that Sharelle had been born with her identical twin inside of her body. At just five weeks old, she underwent a groundbreaking, life-saving surgery at City of Hope in Los Angeles — despite the hospital previously not operating on babies under two years old. Surgeons removed half of her liver, one adrenal gland, and carefully separated the mass from her spleen.
Her childhood was marked by sickness, doctor visits, uncertainty, and survival.
During this time, her Great Aunt Diane relentlessly prayed for her life. While interceding in prayer, she received her prayer language and began praying in tongues over Sharelle’s future — a moment that would become deeply prophetic over the course of her life and ministry.
After moving to Oregon as a young child, Sharelle grew up through seasons of extreme hardship. Her father worked in a volatile industry, and there were times the family depended on food banks, powdered milk, pinto beans, and slices of white bread just to make it through the week. Those years shaped in her both resilience and compassion for people who feel forgotten, broken, or overlooked.
At 17 years old, she moved to California to pursue a new beginning. Life brought both successes and heartbreaks — including divorce after five years of marriage, devastating personal loss, and seasons where everything seemed uncertain.
One of the deepest tragedies came when her sister went missing. Nearly five years later — just 13 days shy of that anniversary — her body was found. Through unimaginable grief, Sharelle encountered the sustaining presence of God in a deeper way than ever before.
Shortly after, she reconnected with Adam Mendenhall — the man who would become her husband and the love of her life. The two remarried only 22 days after reconnecting, knowing God had orchestrated their restoration story.
Then came another wave of trials.
During the COVID shutdowns, Sharelle’s business was completely shut down. In 2022, she stepped out boldly and ran for United States Senate. Though she lost the race, the experience strengthened her conviction to continue fighting for truth, faith, and people.
Not long after, her husband Adam was diagnosed with skin cancer and underwent surgery. Then tragedy struck again when her stepson Blake suffered a catastrophic snowboarding accident that severed his spinal cord, leaving him paraplegic.
Through every battle — sickness, loss, financial struggle, heartbreak, uncertainty, and tragedy — one thing remained constant: the faithfulness of God.
Today, Sharelle carries a message of hope, healing, revival, and salvation with urgency because she has lived through the reality of pain, restoration, miracles, and redemption firsthand.
Her mission is to preach the Gospel, reach the lost, and see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
